2. Briefs you prepare on the website

The brief form includes your name, email, brand or company, service needs, target date, and project description. The current form is processed in your browser. Copying or downloading a brief does not send it to our team or store it as an order on the website server.

Send via WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with the brief text to prepare a draft message. That text is passed to WhatsApp when the link opens; our team receives the message after you send it. You can review or edit the message before sending.

3. Information received by our team

If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, our team may receive your contact details, messages, and supplied materials. We use them to answer questions, discuss quotations, deliver agreed projects, and handle service and privacy requests. We do not sell your contact data.

4. Browser preferences and cookies

The website uses localStorage on your device to save theme and language preferences. You can remove them through your browser’s site-data settings. This version of the website application does not install Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. Cloudflare may use technical cookies to protect its services under its own policy.

5. Hosting and technical data

Cloudflare serves this website and its videos. When you access the site, Cloudflare may process IP addresses, traffic data, and technical request information to deliver and protect its services. The provider’s processing follows Cloudflare’s policy. Provider infrastructure may be outside Indonesia.

Cloudflare also injects a performance measurement script (RUM). When it runs, metrics such as load times, page URLs, and referrers may be sent to Cloudflare to evaluate website performance. According to Cloudflare’s documentation, the RUM script does not store or read cookies or localStorage.

6. Retention and access

Browser preferences remain until you remove site data or your browser clears them. Messages and materials sent to our team are used while needed for discussions, project delivery, relevant administration, or resolving concerns. You can request deletion through our privacy contact; some records may need to be retained for applicable obligations. Access to project materials is limited to work needs.

WhatsApp, Instagram, and other external links take you to providers with their own privacy policies. Messages stored in your account or device follow those services’ settings. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not necessary.

This policy describes the website’s current functionality. If data collection, server-submitted forms, analytics, or new services are added, the relevant information will be updated here. The update date identifies the current version.
