1. About this website
The Jadiin Agency team in Cipinang, Jakarta manages jadiinagency.web.id to present its portfolio, introduce services, and start project discussions. Contact us via WhatsApp +62 851-1730-6982.
2. Service requests and quotations
Completing a brief or contacting our team starts a discussion; it does not create an automatically accepted order. Production begins after scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, and payment terms are agreed in writing. This website does not process automatic payments or subscriptions.
3. Pricing, revisions, and project changes
The rate card describes our services and provides a starting point for discussion. Final pricing, revision rounds, delivery formats, and turnaround follow the written quotation. Requests outside the agreed scope may affect fees and timelines; changes are discussed before work proceeds.
4. Client materials and information
Provide an accurate brief and materials you have the right to use, including images, video, music, logos, and any required permission for faces or voices. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or sensitive information that the project does not require.
5. Rights to use deliverables
Usage rights, source-file delivery, third-party asset licences, and permission to display work in our portfolio are defined in the project agreement. Displaying material on this website does not grant permission to copy it or use it commercially.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation terms, payment for completed work, and refunds must be specified in the agreement before the project starts. This page does not set a universal deposit percentage or refund policy.
7. Portfolio information and marketing results
Materials marked Concept / Demo are visual explorations. Account insights document screenshots; they are not live analytics or guarantees of marketing outcomes. AI, content quality, or creative services do not guarantee a particular view count, sales result, or Google ranking.
8. Responsible use and resolving concerns
Use this website responsibly without disrupting services, attempting unauthorised access, or using materials for fraud. Contact our team about service or content concerns so we can review them. Rights under applicable law remain respected. Updates are published here and do not automatically amend existing project agreements.
